Lancing College Chapel Carol Service 2011

Went to Lancing College for the carol service (the last 2 years it had to be cancelled due to ice or snow on the roads). I love the architecture and could happily spend the entire evening studying and admiring the stonework and wooden carvings - in fact that's what I did for quite a while.  Again the lighting is yellow due to having only my small camera, but hopefully it captures some of the atmosphere of the evening ...

St Andrews Candlelight Carol Service, Steyning 2011

Went to St Andrews Church in Steyning for the candlelight carol service, I'm fascinated by the architecture, but the candlelight added another dimension ... I only took my small camera, so the pictures are all rather yellow because I couldn't change the light setting, but I think it still looks lovely, and hopefully gives you an idea of how it was ...

Steyning Christmas Late Night Shopping Dec 2011

Went to Steyning High Street for the Christmas Late Night Shopping evening, fortunately the weather was dry and there were lots of people enjoying the atmosphere, the shops,the fairground, and  even a traction engine.
