Spring Holiday in Chichester (5) April 2012

Went up inside the Spinnaker Tower, for clear views across the harbour at to the Isle of Wight. Found the modern architecture nearby was very photogenic, the blue and orange work well together.

Spring Holiday in Chichester (4) April 2012

Went to Portsmouth, from my first view -the Warrior from the railway station which looked maginificent, and all through the day there were so many good things to see and take pics of. Wandered around looking at the Spinnaker Tower, went across on the Gosport Ferry to see the tower from the other side of the water, and was lucky to arrive at the seafront just as a hovercraft set out for the Isle of Wight.

Spring Holiday in Chichester (3) April 2012

Spent some time around the coast. Visited Selesey with the fishing boats and the Lifeboat House out on a walkway over the sea, was allowed to look out the back doors down the slipway where they launch the lifeboat. At Bracklesham Bay where I got a bit obsessed with the yellow buoys. At Chidham the weather was very changeable, and I saw a storm pass over the downs including a lightning flash (but unfortunately didn't get a pic of that). Walked along the Chichester Canal.
